Family Liaison Officer
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and explain the role that I have within the school.
My name is Kelly; I am the Family Liaison Officer (FLO).
I am here to support you and your children with any non-educational issues, for example
- Your child's emotional and mental wellbeing in school
- Challenging behaviour
- Attendance and punctuality
- Assistance with forms, letters and online applications
- Assistance/support with appointments at outside agencies
- Year 2 transition to Junior school for parents and children
- Organising workshops for parents and children
- Running head lice clinic
My hours of work are Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 16.00
I can be contacted through the school office or via email. My office is situated in the Community Room, should you wish to make an appointment to see me then please give me a call and this can be arranged.
We have informal coffee mornings and run regular workshops for parents in the Community Room. Our school newsletter (PINS) and Facebook page give details of these. This can be a useful place for parents to make new friends, whilst also being able to be up to date with what is going on in and around school.
