At Priory School we believe that all our children deserve access to effective teaching and learning, academically, socially and spiritually. We always take individual children’s needs into account when planning the curriculum and adapt our approach to the provision we offer in the light of each new challenge. Our pupil-centred approach to all aspects of school life ensures that all of our children are well prepared to make the most of what life has to offer, both at school and in later life.
We have a dedicated and optimistic staff who work extremely hard to ensure that all children, regardless of the specific challenges they face, get the most out of their time at school. Our teachers, in partnership with parents and supported by the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and our team of Teaching Assistants (TAs), help the children to make good progress measured from their individual starting points.
